Westerner Park is seeking an Administrative Assistant summer student to join our team as part of the Canada Summer Jobs Program! Here’s what you’ll be doing: Providing administrative support to departments as requested i.e., labeling, filing, laminating, paper trimming, creating excel sheets, and organizing documents . Courteously receive and screen all in-bound calls, emails, and visitors and distribute accordingly Review, evaluate and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail. Take and transcribe dictation notes and meeting minutes. Collecting and distributing meeting minutes for Event Planning and staff meetings.
