Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field provides the foundational knowledge necessary for value-based client conversations and strategic decision-making. Master's degree in Business or Economics preferred, demonstrating a deeper understanding of business dynamics and metrics. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, client success, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in an agency setting. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of digital marketing strategies in the context of clients' business objectives. Experience creating business and marketing metrics focusing on driving business growth and ROI. Proficiency in analytics platforms and tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong client relationships and effectively convey complex concepts.
