Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate person to join our team. You will be responsible for making bread, cake, and other baking food for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity through cake decorating. Plan and advertise campaigns via social media to grow our business.Duties Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders Bake mixed dough and batters Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Prepare special orders Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods Train staff Inspect kitchen and food service areas Check and monitor product quality Perform front desk duties Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns Experience and specialization:a. Breads and rollsb. Desserts and pastriesc. Donuts and muffinsd. Cake decoratingYou are passionate about baking, providing exceptional customer service and willing to do night shift, we encourage you to apply for the position of baker.
