Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance and service tasks on a wide range of equipment and machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems faults, providing timely and effective solutions. Liaise with clients to assess their service needs, offering technical advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate service records and reports, documenting all maintenance and repair activities. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all team members and clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in service and maintenance.
