Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for service inquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and effective customer support. Coordinate service appointments and manage scheduling to ensure efficient utilization of resources and staff. Monitor service operations during shifts, addressing any issues or challenges promptly to minimize impact on service quality. Provide ongoing support and guidance to the service team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and any follow-up actions required. Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
