Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed maintenance, diagnostic procedures, and repairs on a wide range of small agricultural equipment, including but not limited to tractors, harvesters, and planting machinery. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding the unique needs of each client and offering tailored solutions that enhance equipment efficiency and reliability. Keep accurate and comprehensive service records, documenting all repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic activities. Collaborate with the sales team to offer technical advice and support to customers, aiding in the selection of suitable equipment and accessories. Stay current with emerging agricultural technologies and equipment to continually provide knowledgeable service and advice. Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and our clients. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Service Technician specializing in agricultural equipment, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver superior customer service. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required to client sites.
