Oversee and direct auto detailing operations to meet or exceed customer specifications and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness guidelines, periodically reviewing and updating them. Recruit, onboard, and train auto detailing staff to ensure mastery of job-specific skills. Evaluate the condition of equipment regularly, making recommendations for maintenance or replacement. Manage cleaning supplies procurement and inventory. Provide accurate job estimates to customers, process payments, and manage budgetary constraints while maintaining meticulous financial records. Perform regular audits of detailing work, taking corrective action where necessary. Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner. Encourage teamwork, open communication, and recognition programs to boost morale and productivity. Negotiate prices on cleaning supplies, equipment, and other necessities with suppliers and vendors. Work with marketing and sales teams to offer promotions, seasonal specials, or loyalty programs to increase customer retention. Keep on top of industry trends, techniques, and equipment advancements. Maintain an eco-friendly operation through waste management and recycling initiatives. Prepare and submit regular reports to management, outlining department performance, challenges, and growth opportunities. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective communication with staff, customers, and vendors. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically and professionally. Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
