Employment type: full-timeWe are a mid-sized family-run Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing business.We have been in business for 25+ years.We are now looking to expand our team. (Must be a Canadian Citizen or have Permanent Residency)Duties include but are not limited to: Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Qualifications: Must be proficient in Quick books Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of the Kitchen industry Some Bookkeeping experience Self-organized Experience and specialization: Computer and technology knowledge Quick Books MS Excel and Word Additional informationWork conditions and physical capabilities Work under pressure Attention to detail Large workload Combination of sitting, standing, walking Repetitive tasks Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication Flexibility, Organized and Reliability Ability to multitask Team player Judgment and Initiative Accurate Client focus Please ensure you are comfortable with the commute to this location. Employee parking is provided. The Hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 1:30 pm.
