is looking for 2 Logistics supervisor transportation (NOC: 12013). Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, Day, Evening, WeekendWage Rate: $31.50 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per weekAnticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible Specific Skills: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities. Establish work schedules and procedures. Dispatch truck drivers and monitor routes. Arrange for training or train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Ensure health and safety rules are followed. Ensure quality of services and process. Resolve work problems and recommend measures for improvements. Order materials, equipment and supplies. Prepare reports and keep all records updated. Ensure adherence to rules and regulations. Arrange for maintenance and repair work as required. Requirements:Education: Completion of High School is requiredExperience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experienceLanguages: Basic EnglishWork Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlinesEssential Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, judgement, reliability, initiative, organized, flexible, team playerOther: Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.Benefits: Relocation cost is covered up to 45%.
