We are building custom reports and dashboards to enable and support number driven decision making for business operations. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a collaborative role in delivering data insights for our business leaders, contributing to the way our data is copied and organized in our data lake. You will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analysis techniques to extract data, write queries, transform data, and create dashboards to leverage insights.What’s in it for you:Impact and influence. You will process and analyze data sets, synthesize information, create dashboards, and develop models and charts. You will explore anomalies, finding root causes or drawing attention to trends that can be capitalized. Code. You will use Qlik and SQL to gather, clean, organize, and analyze structured and nonstructured data. You will draw on your insights and experience to model and illustrate results and recommendations of your data analysis. Drive successful completion of data insight initiatives. You will perform advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights to guide strategic decisions and uncover actionable business opportunities. You will anticipate future demands for analytics and insights and design and implement solutions to meet these needs. Create. You will build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems (and reports), data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics to support key business decisions. You will optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables. You will implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements. Support. You will coach and guide the work of junior analysts. You have: The experience. You have worked in a data programming and analytics role at a mid to large sized organization. You have strong organizational, data mining. You have the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities, and to recommend high quality, data-driven decisions.You are proactive, with exceptional forecasting and planning abilities, good judgment and the ability to apply logic and reasoning to identify alternate solutions. The technical skills. You have coding skills and are highly proficient with Qlik, SQL database management, and MS Office Suite. You have excellent research, and analytical skills. You can process and analyze data sets, synthesize information for reports and recommendations, create dashboards, and develop models and charts. The interpersonal skills. You have professional and flexible communication skills. You can build trust, collaborative relationships and confidently work with business unit and chapter leaders.
