From our humble beginnings in Upper Gullies and Harbour Main to our expansion onto Torbay Road in St. John's and the recent addition of Main Road Goulds in 2022, our commitment to quality and service remains unwavering.Position: Administrative Officer Salary: $20 per hour Hours: 35 hours per weekKey Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to management and staff Maintain accurate records and files Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings Handle incoming calls and correspondence Prepare and process documentation, such as invoices and purchase orders Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of basic accounting principles (an asset)
