Our commitment to quality, service, and community engagement has remained steadfast throughout our journey.Salary: $43 per hour Hours: 35 hours per weekKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth Manage all aspects of digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives Identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital marketing and e-commerce and make strategic recommendations Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content and promotional materials Stay informed about industry best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize online marketing efforts Monitor and manage online reputation and customer feedback across various platforms Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising roles Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns Strong project management and organizational skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities
