The RoleReporting to Greenspace’s Content Manager, the Motion Graphics Designer will work closely with the Marketing team to produce a consistent stream of quality content that helps to spark the movement towards Measurement-Based Care, drives brand awareness and builds our trust and leadership in the behavioural health space. Your content will inspire the industry and help ensure Greenspace is top of mind anytime clinicians, clinics, hospitals or health systems are looking to improve the quality of their mental health and addictions services.We're looking for a person that is excited by a challenge and sets the creative bar high across every project they take on. This role will work in partnership with people across the organization to understand what we’re trying to accomplish, brainstorm solutions, and create engaging & impactful designs that reflect the aspirational vision of Greenspace through all types of external digital assets (and sometimes print!).Salary range: $55k - $65k.What You'll DoYour responsibilities will include: Create and deliver static and motion graphic assets for various media to be utilized by our Marketing, Sales and Customer Support teams, and across all our external channels (Website, Paid Marketing, Conferences, Online Events, Emails, Social Media etc). Review and revise existing templates and assets (e.g., sales decks, case studies, etc.) on an ongoing basis to ensure brand alignment and up-to-date internal resources Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the deliverables are on brand and inline with project goals and brief Create design and motion graphic templates to be easily leveraged by others on the team Present ideas, conceptualize storyboards, design concepts, and animate in After Effects (when applicable), and incorporate feedback into final designs Manage multiple projects at once, setting workback schedules and prioritizing workload on the fly Optimize motion graphic and static design content for website and social media platforms Create and upkeep a digital content filing system and keep all past, current, and future content organized Boost the design/brand execution at Greenspace to set us apart from competitors and help establish Greenspace as the leader in Measurement-Based Care Ensure all design concepts, graphics, and layouts follow Greenspace’s Brand Guidelines Support all teams with ad-hoc asset needs Key Requirements A degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field, or relevant experience Minimum 2 years related professional experience in a content production environment Firm grasp of design fundamentals, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of motion graphics and design work Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and natural motion Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images and video Creative and strategic self-starter with high expectations and problem solving skills, along with a willingness to lean on others and ask questions whenever needed Clear and effective communication skills in articulating design concepts and rationales Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) Strong team player who collaborates effectively with different stakeholders Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Desire to learn, and excited to work on new issues and topics Experience with UI design considered an asset You’ll Love Greenspace If… You're a creator at heart.
