Job description Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist with menu planning and development Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications: Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $17.00 - 26.00 per hourLanguage Requirement:English not requiredSchedule:Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Weekends as neededAbility to commute/relocate:Acton, ON L7J 1H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Education: Secondary School (preferred) Experience: Cooking: 1 year (required) In person
