Full time, Permanent Royal Stone Gallery950 Zelco Drive, Burlington, Ontario, L7L 4Y3 Royal Stone Gallery is one of the largest countertop fabricator in the Halton Region. Located inthe heart of Burlington, we provide our services to all across southern Ontario. The team has over20 years of experience in fabricating natural (granite and marble) and man-made (quartz) stones.We fabricate according to the customer's needs for kitchen counter tops, vanity tops, wall panels,back splash, fireplace surrounds, shower niche, and shower jambs. We are seeking immediatefull-time Stone products polisher/machine operator to join our team.Job Duties:" Operate blade or wire saws to cut blocks of stone to specified dimensions." Operate machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs or other stone products tospecific shape or design and to produce smooth finish." Operate machine to drill holes in blocks or slabs of stone according to specifications." Operate machines to form, cut and finish stone products." Finish stone products with spray paint and by mounting plaques or installing concrete bases." Check products for quality control, repair flaws and perform ongoing machine adjustments andminor maintenance." Tasks may also involve heavy lifting, loading and unloading trucks with supplies, product andequipment, and other related duties.Employment Requirements:" Education: No degree, certificate or diploma" Experience as a helper or labourer in stone products manufacturing preferred."
