As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our cleaning staff and ensuring that all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning personnel Training new cleaning staff and ensuring they understand their duties and responsibilities Inspecting work performed by cleaning staff to ensure it meets quality standards Ordering and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment inventory Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures Handling any issues or complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and effectively Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
