Reliability, Flexibility Specific Skills Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas Mix, pour and spread materials, Assist skilled tradespersons by carrying tools and materials and helping in their other construction activities Assist heavy equipment operators Follow instructions from supervisors, Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, General site cleanup; Clean and pile salvaged materials; remove rubble & other debris at construction sites Work in a safe manner; able to recognize safety issues Extra Benefits : Safety bonus of $450 will be given to new and existing employees Referral bonus of $500 will be given to any employee who refers new talent Joining bonus of $500 will be given to our newly hired employees Attendance Bonus of $250 will be provided to employees based on their consistent attendance and punctuality.
