Cyntech is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Calgary, AB office to provide engineering, estimating and administrative support to the Engineering and Project Management teams Target Programs: Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Qualifications: Team player Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with AutoCAD can be helpful but is not mandatory. Possess good verbal, written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Qualified candidates should be working towards a BS degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Strong attention to detail Initiative to learn and take on new responsibilities. Responsibilities: Complete administrative tasks and manage documentation associated with specific projects. Complete preliminary engineered designs which incorporate aspects of both geotechnical and structural engineering Carry out cost estimates and complete proposals for new opportunities. Prepare CAD drawings for the manufacturing team and client. Issue work orders to the manufacturing team & track manufacturing progress. Treat all customers, internal and external, with respect, courtesy and integrity. Maintain effective relations with the project management and manufacturing teams through an excellent attitude, good knowledge, efficient work practices and proper documentation.
