Performing troubleshooting and repairs related to hardware, operating systems and other electrical items. Responsibilities: Resolving technical issues with PCs, laptops and servers Conducting board-level repairs and proficiently executing soldering tasks. Diagnosing and repairing both hardware and software malfunctions as well as the maintenance of computer systems Installation of software Replacing hardware components, hardware configurations, troubleshooting network Repairing defective products such as laptops, desktops etc. Conducting product testing Installing upgrades on products Other duties as assigned Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of computer parts and accessories Excellent working knowledge of: Microsoft operating systems PC Hardware Common peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, internet routers and etc. TCP/IP networking Internet technologies Common office applications Job Specifications: 3 years of experience in a similar role A+ certification preferred Knowledge in various diagnostic tools We thank all interested candidates, however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
