Salary and Benefits Salary: $30.00 per hourOvertime and Vacation PayStable & full-time employmentWork-life balance through flexible and accommodating work environment Job Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, perform calculations, and prepare layouts. Precisely measure, cut, shape, and assemble the framing lumber needed to build residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Finish surface of woodwork in houses and buildings, using hand tools and paneling. Work on new projects, remodels or additions to existing wooden structures. Build foundations, install floor beams and subflooring, build walls and install partitions. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware. Supervise other construction workers. Job Requirements: Completion of high school. Completion of 3-4-year apprenticeship program or at least 2 years of work experience in trade. Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy and Writing, Decision Making. Positive and cooperative attitude. Personal integrity and sense of responsibility. Hand and foot dexterity to perform activities such as lifting overhead, twisting, and bending while lifting, climbing ladders and stairs. Willing to travel to different location in Lower Mainland, BC. Note: Candidates who qualify will receive relocation assistance up to $1000.00. The company will pay $500.00 CAD as a referral incentive to any current employee who refers a candidate, and the company hires them. How to apply?
