DOB: October 29, 2013, Microchipped Piper, a beautiful and sociable feline adores engaging in playful activities like chasing laser pointers or bounding after balls, particularly when someone tosses them her way. She's known to shadow individuals whom she believes might indulge in a game with her. While Piper enjoys snuggling up on laps occasionally, she also appreciates having her own space for slumber. She diligently uses her cat scratchers instead of the furniture, demonstrating her good manners. Overall, she's a delightful and low-maintenance cat to care for. Piper follows a strict veterinary diet and takes a daily steroid pill, seamlessly incorporated into her food without any fuss. Additionally, she supplements with FortiFlora Pro. It's crucial to acknowledge that these dietary and medical requirements are lifelong. Due to past health issues, Piper uses the litter box for defecation, but opts for a puppy pad or floor for urination if a pad isn't available. While there's potential for re-training her to use the litter box consistently, she's currently in the process of adapting. For City of Toronto residents, the adoption fee includes a mandatory City of Toronto cat license that is valid for one year. As you can imagine, these fees only begin to cover our costs; donations and ongoing fundraising efforts carry us the rest of the way! Note: -Senior cats (8 years or older) have an adoption fee of the adopter's choice, vs. our standard adult adoption fee of $200.-Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair (8 months or older) is $150 per cat vs. $200 per cat.
