The Commitment ● Be the primary consultant on 3-5 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of field service process efficiencies● Be comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularly● Act as an expert on the NetSuite Field Service Management application● Train/coach Appficiency team on NetSuite Field Service Management module● Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their FSM business requirements and map them to NetSuite Lead to Cash process overlays● Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training● Support clients on the overall design and implementation of field service processes including operational business processes● Working on the design, build and test of system integration between NetSuite, FSM, and client’s other integrated business systems● Supporting the ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects The Essentials ● 3-5 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role preferably in an Enterprise Resource Planning, Field Services, or CRM● Experience with Software As A Service (SAAS), IT, software or specific business model (i.e. construction, services, distribution, manufacturing) implementations● A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience● Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Field Service Management platform● Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and referenceable customer relationships● Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approach● Excellent verbal and written communication skills● Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills● Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing priorities● Familiarity with cloud computing technologies● Travel to client locations, as needed.Powered by JazzHR
