Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects, and solve problems to complete jobs Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Work with the manager to develop skills Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and priming Requirements: Transportation to and from work, ideally own vehicle Valid Class 5 Drivers License Available for Full Time Work, May-September No experience necessary Bonus Points: Previous trades experience is a plus but not necessary Perks: Work outdoors Changing job locations and scenery across Victoria Learn a new and valuable trade Work as part of an independent crew Work with friends (apply together for the position) Opportunity for advancement to management positions
