Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's growth strategy, with a focus on expanding into new markets and verticals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required. Prior experience as a co-founder or senior executive in a startup or high-growth company is highly desirable.
