Shifty came into the care of HSHPE through no fault of his own. He is a very shy and skittish boy who takes time to settle into new situations. Shifty would love a home with another cat - a feline friend may help bring him out of his shell. He is not suited to a home with young children (12+). He has not been tested with dogs but would likely prefer a dog free home.
