Mooooooove on over. There's a new Cow-Boy in town. SCAT name Shiraz, but renamed Tazo when he was previously adopted, is a big black and white kitty-cow. At the young age of 4 years old, Tazo has been returned to SCAT twice! Tazo started his SCAT journey as a young kitten and due to unforeseen circumstances was recently returned. He's been living with his current foster mom for about a month and is slowly learning the new routines of the home. He just finished his quarantine and has been on supervised visits with the other barn animals.... oops, we mean other cats in the house. Tazo has a shy tendency and often gives a few hisses and growls, but otherwise has been handling the big transition of a new home well. He will need an adopter that can provide a quiet space and slow integration into the home, including slow/supervised introductions to other animals in the home. Tazo has lived with another cat and a dog and currently is getting to know two resident cats in his foster home. His current interests include perching at the top of cat towers, wand toys, and head scratches.
