Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with document compliance, inputting/editing/printing trades, account deposits, cheque distribution, commission follow-up, and monthly bill payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, and love working with people. Responsibilities: • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly• Input trades into LoneWolf system and send out for signature using DocuSign• Manage all incoming/outgoing commission payments• Follow up on outstanding items from realtors and/or co-operating brokerage• Train realtors on how to upload their documents to the brokerage for processing• Complete bank deposits• Issue deposit receipts• Maintain filing system Qualifications: • Passionate about providing excellent customer service• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skillsGreat attention to detail Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 annually About Company: We are a renowned real estate team, established in 1987.
