We are seeking a dedicated and experienced tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong ability to connect with students on an individual level.Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in French. Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to create personalized learning plans. Help students understand and apply concepts through interactive teaching methods. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students with special education needs. Skills: Experience working with children and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student. Familiarity with educational technology and the ability to incorporate it into tutoring sessions. The position is permanent part-time, with the opportunity to gain more hours. Retired education workers are welcome for this position to continue their passion.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00-$25.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 6 per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: Teaching: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: Online
