We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Maintenance Worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs, lawn maintenance, and cleaning. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess experience with various maintenance duties. Solid technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and physical stamina are essential. If you are a motivated individual with a strong maintenance background and the ability to multitask as a personal assistant and runner, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Maintenance Worker Responsibilities: • Perform cleaning activities such as dishwasher maintenance, vacuuming, and garbage disposal• Conduct minor fixes on items ranging from locks to walls• Check and maintain major building systems, including control panels and electrical wiring• Install and assemble furniture, wall hangings, and other equipment• Conduct minor repairs on security systems, wireless networks, and other specialized equipment• Maintain landscaping, including lawn mowing and trash collection• Patch and paint as needed• Book service repairs and organize garage and storage spaces• Ensure regular maintenance of company vehicles• Execute all maintenance worker responsibilities at all facilities Office Responsibilities: • Handle orders• Manage deliveries, including post office runs and promotional item pickups• Deliver items to special events• Serve as backup for sign and lockbox management• Perform minor repairs at listings as required• Light cleaning Qualifications:• Proven experience in a similar position• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems• Experience using hand and electrical tools• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Physical stamina and dexterity• High school diploma or equivalent• Successful completion of an apprenticeship is preferred• Transportation required, valid driver's license, ability to trailer equipment to multiple sites Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly About Company: Team Goran is the #1 RE/MAX Broker-Owner Real Estate Team in Canada!
