This is a position with opportunity for advancement.A youth program is also available.POSITION INFORMATION:Teachers can work full time or part time by teaching in the morning, afternoon, and/ or evening.$15.50- $18 CDN per hour to start with semi-annual pay raise evaluations.Work from the comfort of your own home.Feel secure with long-term employment.Online training is provided.Online teaching materials are provided.This job can also serve as an excellent income booster for another job.Students are supplied for you and placed into your hours of availability.We are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. A corporate trainer is an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessionsDesign effective training programsConduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.Support and mentor new employeesConduct evaluations to identify areas of improvementMonitor employee performance and response to trainingRequirementsEnglish teachers must speak English as their first languageProfessional appearance and demeanorBachelor's Degree (any major)Quiet area in which to workReliable computer (Windows-based computer or Mac) with at least 2 GB of RAMHard wired (exceptions are possible with good computer maintenance skills) High-Speed internet service (no Wifi) of at least 7MbpsWebcam and Headset with a microphoneConsistent daily availability during our peak demand timesImmediately available to start (Consultable)Punctual and ReliableFriendly and CreativeA minimum of 15 hours per week during these peak times:1) Sunday~Thursday 5 pm to 8 pm ET2) Monday~Friday 5 am to 11 am ETExtra hours: 4 pm- 11 am ESTTeachers will have to start an hour early or later when DST starts and endsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractSalary: $15.50-$18.00 per hourOrganizational and time management abilitiesPhenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skillsWillingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teachingUnderstanding of effective teaching methodologies and toolBenefitsThis is a remote flextime position.Work From Home - Flexible hoursTraining & DevelopmentBonus - Awards - Gifts TO APPLY: If you have the skills and experience required for this position, please forward your resume to:E-mail: XXXX@carrotglobal.com
