101 018 7 Saskatchewan Ltd. o/a D G Courier Services We are looking to hire an experienced Courier Service Supervisor for our established courier company having Fedex territory. English communication skills are required with strong command on Business writing. The selected candidate will work 5 to 40 Hours a week. Job Duties : You must monitor the transportation budget to ensure funds are properly utilized and implement organizational objectives as dictated by management. Daily tasks include supervising employee performance, allocating driver assignments, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining all vehicles in top working order. You will manage databases that detail transport activities, financial accountings, employee schedules and personnel records. Management also relies on you for hiring and firing recommendations, training staff in department policies and procedures, and sharing information about new laws or technological advances. In addition, you must often serve as a point of contact for customers, building relationships and addressing complaints. Indicate the duties of the job position being offered Location : Regina.
