"Hi guys, I am Dee and as you can see I am a beautiful, recently spayed, bunny. I came to KLAWS in May 2023 after I was found outside. No one came forward to claim me, so my foster mama has been taking great care of me. The vet estimates that I am 2-5 years old, but who is counting. I know how to use the litter box with an occasional stray poop here or there. As long as you keep it clean, I will use it. I love a challenge. Foster mama gives me chew toys and all sorts of different items, safe for bunnies of course, to rip up and chew. I love boxes and enjoy digging at towels and blankets. I enjoy being pet on the floor but am not really a lap bunny. I do not like slippery floors as I prefer the carpet. I tolerate cats but do not like dogs. I would prefer a quieter home and can manage respectful children." Our pets need their own safe space for the first little while to help them become familiar with their new surroundings (environment, smells, sounds, people, pets, etc) to be successful and comfortable in their forever home.
