Job Opportunity: Off-Road Heavy Duty Journeyman Mechanic We're on the lookout for an experienced Off-Road Heavy Duty Journeyman Mechanic, someone who possesses an in-depth knowledge of heavy-duty machinery, especially those used in challenging environments. If you have a sharp attention to detail, practical experience, and a deep passion for mechanical work, we encourage you to apply! Your Role and Responsibilities: 1. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on off-road heavy-duty machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. 2. Execute regular checks, preventive maintenance, and solve problems as they arise. 3. Comply strictly with safety and environmental guidelines during operations. 4. Work collaboratively with the team to exchange knowledge, discuss equipment challenges, and propose effective solutions. 5. Accurately document maintenance activities and the status of equipment. 6. Deliver superior customer service, ensuring alignment with our company's high standards. 7. Keep abreast of the latest technological developments and trends in off-road equipment. Requirements for the Role: 1. Certified as a Journeyman in Off-Road Heavy-Duty Mechanics or 3rd Year Apprentice. 2. Demonstrated experience in handling off-road heavy-duty equipment. 3. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. 4. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates should note the following requirements: - Must have reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance at the workplace.
