Hi my name is Tango! I am approximately a 2-3 yrs old male lab cross. I'm super friendly and love people and dogs alike. I can be a bit protective of a delicious bone but not protective of my food. I'm learning to walk on a leash. My recall is fairly good as I am still learning my name. I don't tend to go to far when I escape the yard I really just want to be around people and getting lots of belly rubs. I don't react or show any issue around cats or kids, just a gentle friendly guy. Are you the family for me?? Oh ya and I never bark ! Not at dogs or people, my foster mom wonders if I even know how to bark? If you would like to meet me , please fill out the adoption application. Adoption processAll adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline/small animal) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 48 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application. All dogs and puppies have an adoption fee of $300, kittens under 6 months of age have an adoption fee of $250, and cats over 6 months of age have an adoption fee of $200, unless otherwise noted.
