Ensuring systems which track travel, safety and security of programme staff across 9 locations is essential as are managing complex itineraries and travel arrangements across the region, and ensuring all necessary logistics are in place, including visas, hotels and risk assessments. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational and administrative skills, excellent IT skills and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure whilst paying great attention to detail. You’ll also have experience in arranging and coordinating recruitment internationally as well as arranging deployment and travel to high risk areas internationally, including RAs.
