Job Duties: Oversee and coordinate daily office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures of the company. Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed. Coordinate and plan for all the office services that includes relocation, equipment, maintenance etc. Oversee and coordinate administrative operations related to management, planning & organizing. Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. 1-2 years of experience in the related field is required. Terms of Employment: - Wages: - $31.00 per hour.
