BluWave-ai is seeking a Technical Account Manager to grow BluWave-ai's AI SaaS in EV Fleet and Electricity Utility customers. This role will work with internal BluWave-ai networks to help customers maximize the value they receive from their products. The position requires a deep technical grasp of both customer operations and the suite of BluWave-ai Grid Optimization and EV products as well as cloud, networking, AI, SaaS and EV charging control systems. The Technical Account Manager will drive the sales cycle from prospecting, to closure, to customer relationship management, both presales and during the life cycle of production SaaS revenue generation. Experience and understanding of the needs, constraints and the dynamics of the electricity and electric vehicle markets is an asset. Key Responsibilities: Using BluWave-ai product portfolio formulate technical solutions for customers Learn about customers data and hardware asset systems and help them transform their business approach by onboarding and using our products. Understanding all of the various hardware, software and business process elements in the customer system to “create a socket” for BluWave-ai products Create Proposals/Presentations/Consult with customers/create wins for our products at the customer accounts. Develop and execute territorial account strategy to achieve revenue goals. Identify, develop, and maintain and grow key customer relationships from utility and fleet operators at the functional level to the most senior operational levels. Develop rolling 90 and 180 plans to grow BluWave-ai presence in identified territories. Manage the sales funnel from the early stage leads to secured customers on 3–5-year SaaS contracts. Become a trusted consultant to our customers on their utility and fleet transitions to adoption of renewable energy assets and electrification of transport. Promote BluWave-ai products, solutions, and competitive differentiation at industry events. Speak at industry events are requested Ability to travel Ideal Experience: 2-3 years track record in sales with preference for the energy or electricity market. 2+ years’ experience of selling complex, high value, enterprise software engagements, preferably in a technology Startup environment. 2+ years with direct B2B sales Previous demonstrated strong technical ability, and the ability to quickly learn in complex data driven and mathematically complex environments 2+ years engagement in the energy supply chain, with demonstrable understanding of business issues, challenges, and solutions relevant to both regulated and deregulated players. Experience selling in EV or renewable energy market covering technologies in wind, solar, battery storage and EV charger control Recent experience, and a genuine interest in the transformation of the grid, and transportation electrification.
