Highlights: Starting Pay is $14.29+ $0.60; Shift Premium $2,500 Signing Bonus; Benefits & PTO after 90 days; and 5% increase after 90 Days. Summary: Working in the Shipping & Receiving Department receiving and unloading freight both manually or with equipment; such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Loading and unloading freight Quality Check Maintain proper documentation control through accurate data input and following receiving procedures Ability to operate pallet jack, forklift, and Hi-lo General cleanup of work areas Package and prepare Fulfillment deliveries per packing slip Must be proactive in assisting supervisor, monitoring quality, and have the ability to communicate effectively with all management personnel in regards to production problems associated with mailing material, equipment and personnel. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, associate is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, stoop, and occasionally kneel or crouch. The associate must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. Experience and Background: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year factory-related experience.
