Cosmo is a 5-year-old domestic shorthair with a beautiful ebony coat. Everyone looks good in black and bonus for her new adoptive family... you won't even notice the cat hair on your favorite black pants! Cosmo was originally adopted from us in 2018 and unfortunately was recently returned because she wasn't mingling well with the other animals in the home. Cosmo has settled into her temporary accommodations and is hopeful she'll steal the hearts of a special family soon! She's sweet on people but not so sweet on other animals. Cosmo promises she is more than enough cat for you to notice she's the only pet in the home and, as an added bonus, you'll save on litter and kibble costs! She is a great cat! She's playful but isn't demanding of your time. She'll happily keep herself busy watching the birds and squirrels through the living room window. Cosmo is a very low maintenance girl, she'll graze at her kibble through the day, intermittently nap in a warm beam of sunshine and wait for her next visitor! Cosmo is a very friendly and social with people; she jumps off her perch as soon as you enter her adoption pod ready to greet you! She is a very clean cat, always styling her fur, to make sure she's looking her best when it's time for viewing hours. Her adoption pod is kept very tidy, and she has excellent litter box habits. Cosmo has some beautiful peepers! All the better to see you with! They're a gorgeous shade of green, and really pop against her dark features. Don't fall for those silly black cat superstitions. Did you know there are many places in the world that consider black cats to bring good luck? Did you know animals with black coats tend to wait the longest to find forever homes? Our paws are crossed in hopes Cosmo can begin the next chapter of her 9 lives. She is well suited for an adult home, or a home with children 10+, no other animals please! Cosmo has been spayed, is up to date on vaccinations and deworming. Her new pet parents will receive some coupons from Royal Canin and Ren's Pets! Cosmos favorite place to sleep in her previous home was on top of the fridge.
