Alberta, AB T8N 0R1 Job requirements: LanguagesEnglish EducationSecondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience7 months to less than 1 year Ability to Supervise3-4 people Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesCandidate must be able to withstand sitting, walking and standing for an extended period of time in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must also have great attention to detail. Personal SuitabilityCandidate must be able to work well in a team, be reliable, organized, and flexible. Specific Skills Delegate tasks/duties to sales workers Authorize payments and return of merchandise Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock Make sure that health and safety measures are met Training new staff members and scheduling shifts. Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws Maintain health and safety measures and stores cleanliness Organize and distribute staff schedules How to Apply Email: No phone calls or personal visits allowed before interview.
