Currently we are looking to hire one Restaurant Manager for our company. Company Name: Curry Sensation Restaurant Inc dba Curry Lounge Job Title: Restaurant manager (NOC 60030) Vacancy: 1 position Term of Employment: Full time & permanent Start Date: As soon as possible Wage: $27.50 per hour; 40 hours per week Job locations: Unit # 130 16030 24 Ave, Surrey, BC Job requirements: Languages:English Education:Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience:2 years to less than 3 years Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, Attention to detail Personal Suitability:Judgement, Team player, Organized, Dependability, Reliability Cuisine Specialties:East Indian, Vegetarian Specific Skills: Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service. Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas and keep appropriate records. Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and liquor regulations are obeyed. Use computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules and pay, and perform other record keeping tasks. Meet with sales representatives to order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items. Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services. Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day. Schedule work hours for servers and kitchen staff. Monitor food preparation and methods.
