Here is some info about me: I was found with a broken hip that needed surgery. No one knows how it happened, but it was most likely something related to my owner. I was kicked out of his house, and luckily my rescuer found me and took me to a veterinarian to get surgery on my broken hip. I have been in a boarding facility ever since then. I get along very well with people and other dogs. However, I don’t like if dogs mess with me too much. That’s when I start to defend myself! I haven’t been around cats, but I saw a few of them at the veterinarian’s office and I didn’t have much of a reaction. Hopefully you will decide to adopt me! I promise not to disappoint! Energy level: moderate Prey drive: none observed, however, my adopter needs to be willing to train me should these behaviors arise Gets along with: Other dogs: yes Cats: unknown Kids: yes Fears: I am not scared of anything, I just don’t like receiving too much attention and loud noises. I will need help to adjust to my new environment. Training:Leash trained: Yes Health notes: I previously had a broken hip that needed surgery, but after surgery, I have healed and am healthy now. I have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped My adoption fee is 850.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a fight volunteer directly to Vancouver. Most passengers from the Middle East now require a fee to accompany a dog on a flight. Due to this, if a rescuer finds a flight with this requirement, we will contact you to see if you are willing to pay the passenger. You are under no obligation to do this. If not, another flight will need to be searched for, though there is no guarantee a free or lower cost one will be found. Though oft times a passenger is requesting higher amounts, the fee will not exceed $250. Our rescuers work extremely hard finding flights and spend tremendous amounts of money caring for and sending these dogs to safety. They simply haven't the extra money to cover this.
