Full of life and energy, I'm ready to embark on adventures with a family who can match my zest for life.~ Nova needs a home with a single person, couple, or family with teenaged children.~ I would thrive in a home with space where I can burn off my energy and express myself. An understanding family who can spend quality time with me and provide the mental and physical stimulation I need would be ideal.~ I do have some specific needs that my future family should be aware of. I have a tendency to resource guard my toys and food, so a family experienced in managing this behavior would be ideal. I'll flourish in a home where my boundaries are respected, and positive reinforcement is used to guide me.~ My ideal forever family will sign me up for training to help me become the best girl around.~ I'm not a fan of female dogs, so I'm looking to be the only female canine star of your home. I do best with friendly puppy like/male dogs. Additionally, my high prey drive makes it challenging for me to coexist with cats and small animals, so a cat-free environment is a must.~ It's important to note that I have Lyme disease.
