Harriet is a dedicated mother who, after having her own kitten, generously extended her motherly love to foster three additional kittens. Initially, Harriet may come off as a bit reserved at first, preferring to observe her surroundings from a distance.However, it won't be long before she reveals her true loving nature. Harriet has a heart full of affection and is known to seek out cuddles, often calling out for her people when she desires their company. Harriet thrives best in a quiet home where she can feel safe and relaxed. She would do best as the only cat in the home, where she can luxuriate in her owner's company and attention. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion who will reward your patience with endless affection, Harriet is the perfect cat for you.Adoption process***Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company.*** Due to an unprecedented demand (especially for kittens) we regret that we are unable to respond by phone to all of the applications we are currently receiving. We are only able at this time to phone those applicants who have sent in an online adoption application, can provide a vet reference and their criteria matches what the particular cat or kittens' needs are. We regret any inconvenience caused as we do our best to meet the overwhelming demand we are currently experiencing. We want to make sure that our rescued cats and kittens go to good, loving homes so before we adopt, an adoption counselor will conduct a short pre-adoption interview to make sure that you and the cat are a good match.
