Salamander is a shy girl who hides for long periods of time. She is independent and and typically does her own thing. She is still learning to trust people and be confident around them and would do best with a home that can be patient and continue to work with making her comfortable. She would do best in a quiet and low commotion home. She has not yet been dog tested but would likely prefer a calm, quiet house without one. She has come from a home with other cats and might be comfortable and come out of her shell more with another one in the home. She would do best in a home with no children or quiet children 14+ due to her shy nature. Staff are still working with her to get to know her personality and help her blossom.
