Adopt Gin a Brown Tabby Domestic Shorthair (short coat) cat in Toronto
DOB Nov 18th, 2018 This lovely little gal is Gin. She likes chasing springs around, and taking long naps in the sun. She always looks a little grumpy, even though she is a sweet girl. Gin is mostly scared of people and will need someone who can continue her on her journey. In her foster home she has shown signs of improvement. She isn't a lap cat, and will run away with any sudden movements, but there is every indication that she will stop being a scaredy cat one day and enjoy being around her people. When she is feeling brave she will accept pats and loves having her neck and head scratched. She does like to see what is happening around the house and will want to be close to you, just not too close. She also enjoys walking around the house having a little conversation with herself. Gin will be best suited to a quiet house. No kids and no dogs. She may be interested in a cat friend if they are calm and friendly. Gin loves her wet food and will come running when she hears the can being opened. She will accept pats while she is eating. If you have treats for her, she will let you pat her more. I have no doubt with time that Gin will be more relaxed, and comfortable with people. For more photos of Gin, visit @fosterkittiestoronto on Instagram.
