One of the feet was completely changed in last year. All the micas and exterior covers are brand new, as well as a new seadeck in all the exterior. New sound system with bluetooth has incredible sound with 4 exterior speakers, 2 interior and 2 woofers in caissings. Anti foling and exterior wax done every year. New transmission cables, new water pump, new toaster oven, new toilette, all leather on exterior seating re-done. Everything is functional, large refrigerator, 8 boat defenses with new racking system, docking ropes, 2 electric cables with adapter, 5 life jackets, Garmin720 GPS, VHF Horizon, Dandy air conditioning unit, all emergency equipment, manual water pump, Cooler, BBQ and all cleaning and maintenance products.. Interior wharehousing space for the winter if desired as well as a reserved dock at the Montreal Yacht Club in the old port (2-3 year wait) A MUST SEE!!
