This is a freshwater, three-owner boat with a steel tri-axle trailer included. Formula's 302 SR1 was a top performer in its day, with a wave-splitting 24-degree deep-V hull built with foam core for a quieter ride and the safety of added hull floatation. Our initial inspection found cockpit upholstery, including aft sun pad, to be in very good condition considering age of the boat. It appears to be original and there are no rips or tears. A compound wax and buff is needed to restore the gelcoat finish to its former glory. The current owner has just had new counter-rotating TRS outdrives installed at a cost of $30,000. Compression tests were completed on both engines and results were well within acceptable ranges. A test-tank run-up to operating temperature following the new outdrive installation showed both engines to be running and shifting very well. For the right buyer, this is a great opportunity to own a well-running, time-tested performance boat at a very affordable price-point, and with many more years of enjoyable boating ahead of her.
