We are currently seeking a bright, imaginative, and self-directed individual to generate sales-ready leads and maintain both email and direct mail campaigns working in our Southfield, MI office, supporting our rapid national expansion.

MTS Driver Recruiters supports this increasing demand by supplying outsourced recruitment and HR solutions to companies who operate large national truck fleets. MTS provides a valuable “niche” service - managing the increasingly difficult task of driver recruitment on behalf of various companies who operate large truck fleets in order to distribute their own goods.
Summary
The Lead Generation Specialist position is an important role at MTS; it utilizes professional communication, research, marketing, and sales skills. The Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) identifies transportation companies that would benefit from MTS Driver Recruiters services by using various methods of research. They will also distribute marketing materials via email and direct mail to sales-ready leads on daily, weekly, and monthly basis depending on the marketing plan assigned to them.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Outbound phone marketing or sales assistance experience
Email & Direct Mail processing experience
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers
Ability to learn quickly and think quickly
Self-reliant and reliable
Outstanding work ethic
Strong phone, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook and Window as well as typing skills
Working knowledge of CRM (SalesForce.com) a plus
